Pre-Registration has a purpose:

1. We need to know for adequate staffing,

2. We have run low/out of food because so

many have come without notice.

If you find out you are coming after Jan 19,

you still need to call ahead. We need to know for food preparation. the activities.

 Ages range from 5th grade through 10th grade

•  Both forms must be filled and signed by parent/ guardian

 Registration is Friday @  8:00 pm

• Come with clothes for outdoor activities and for gym

• Bring snacks to share

• pop will be 50 cents

• Bring sleeping bags , toiletries etc

• Please leave cell phones, mp3 player, video games etc.

 Sunday AM Service, Lunch and then dismissal @ 1:00
